Interested in Studying Music?
Sarah is currently accepting new students into her studio where she teaches horn, trumpet, trombone, and also tutors in Music Theory and Music History.
Sarah's students study fundamentals (including flexibility and scale studies), etudes, solo repertoire, transposition, excerpts, expression, and so much more! Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, needs, and abilities. All ages and ability levels are welcome!
Her students have gone to district, regional, and all state bands and orchestras. They have also successfully auditioned into college music programs. Some of Sarah's university students have successfully auditioned for graduate programs (Master's and Doctoral).
Sarah currently maintains a private studio in State College. She also teaches at The Music Academy. Lessons are available in-person and virtually. Sarah is also willing to drive longer distances to teach multiple lessons.
Please contact Sarah if you are interested in scheduling lessons or have any questions.
